Unfortunately, I have had to reach out to most of the hardwood flooring professionals in the area recently. Many stopped responding when they learned about our project, which was simply cleaning and accurately applying maintenance oil to correct manufacturing and installation defects. Others provided incorrect information, and some provided quotes that were truly out of this world. Jorge de Leon was the only professional who was on time, extremely knowledgeable about the products involved and very friendly and respectful of us and our home. He didn't pressure us into choosing the option that would have been the easiest or most profitable for him, and he was very realistic and pragmatic about how we could best get the results we were looking for. He took time to explain the situation to us and discuss the options. He provided a clear written estimate and a written invoice, which also is not always available, even though it is required. Finally, he is licensed for this work. Jorge and his crew did a great job and we are truly grateful that they helped us out on relatively short notice.
