Jorge de Leon was the only professional who was on time, extremely knowledgeable about the products involved and very friendly and respectful of us and our home. He didn't pressure us into choosing the option that would have been the easiest or most profitable for him, and he was very realistic and pragmatic about how we could best get the results we were looking for. He took time to explain the situation to us and discuss the options. He provided a clear written estimate and a written invoice, which also is not always available, even though it is required.
